      <description>Location: Bradford | Salary: &amp;pound;270 - &amp;pound;300/day | Type: Contract | I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build school extension project running through to October 2026.  This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with strong paperwork and site management capabilities to join a well-established project team.   Key Responsibilities:    Day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification  Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating trades effectively  Managing all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports  Ensuring full compliance with health &amp; safety regulations and company procedures  Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders  Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management    Requirements:    Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build or education projects  Strong administrative and paperwork skills (essential)  SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications  Excellent leadership and communication skills  Ability to manage programme deadlines and maintain high-quality standards</description>
