I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build school extension project running through to October 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with strong paperwork and site management capabilities to join a well-established project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating trades effectively
- Managing all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
- Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build or education projects
- Strong administrative and paperwork skills (essential)
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage programme deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
