We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor for an experienced No.2 Site Manager to join the team on a -10m new build industrial development in Woking.

You''ll be supporting the Project Manager on the delivery of a new build industrial unit, comprising:

• Groundworks and foundations
• Structural steel frame
• External envelope
• Industrial fit-out
• Office fit-out, including M&E installations

• Supporting the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of site
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely and to programme
• Monitoring quality, progress and Health & Safety compliance
• Assisting with programme management and site logistics
• Managing daily site records and reporting
• Working closely with the commercial and technical teams throughout delivery

• Previous experience as a Site Manager or No.2 Site Manager on industrial or commercial new build projects
• Strong knowledge of steel frame construction and industrial developments
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
• Temporary Works Coordinator and Fire Marshal certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience using Procore is highly desirable
• Must have access to a laptop and mobile phone
