The business undertakes projects in various sectors including commercial, education and industrial projects, with values ranging between -5m and -20m. This is a freelance position for a site manager for approximately 6 months, managing a new build commercial project in Newark as No2 manager, through to client handover. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the project to ensure the safe completion, in accordance with programme, specification and budget.
