Site Manager Roles and responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of construction activities on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, consultants and the wider supply chain, ensuring resources, plant and materials are available when required. Monitor progress against the programme, identify potential issues and implement solutions to maintain programme and project performance.
