Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of new build residential developments, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Site Manager Roles & Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of new build housing developments from inception through to completion. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure programme milestones are achieved. Oversee all health & safety procedures, ensuring full compliance with company policies and legislation. Manage Section Agreements with highways and utility providers through to adoption.
