Site Manager required for Surrey based contractor

Looking for a standalone Site Manager to join this Surrey based contractor who complete a variety of projects across the South East.

They cover a wide range of sectors that can include projects within Education, Heritage, Leisure, Retail, Healthcare and Commercial.-

With project values ranging between -1m and -15m they are looking for a Site Manager who can adapt to different projects and manage the whole site process from inception through to completion.

The successful applicant will be IT literate and be comfortable using IT as an integral part of the daily construction process.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven work history of completing similar type and size projects, ideally live in Surrey or the close surrounding areas and show a clear understanding of every aspect of the Site Manager role. -
