The project starts in November and offers the chance to take full ownership of a technically varied job from the outset. The Company Our client is a relatively new and exciting management contractor. They work on an open book basis and deliver both super prime residential and commercial projects. This appointment is on the prime residential side of the business. The Project The project is a full refurbishment and extension of a Grade II listed house in Islington, being delivered under a PCSA. The value is around 1.5m, expected to rise to 2m as the scope develops. It starts in November, and the Site Manager will be the senior presence on site for the job.
