Site Manager Prime Residental

Freelance Site Manager North Kent CR3 are currently working with a well-established prime residential contractor specialising in high-quality private residential developments, refurbishments and new-build projects across Kent and the surrounding areas. With a growing pipeline of work in the region, they are looking to bring an experienced Freelance Site Manager on board for two live projects. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee two residential projects across North Kent. This is a dual-site position, with the two projects located on opposite sides of North Kent, so a willingness to travel between sites is essential. Both projects are a combination of refurbishment and new-build works, with each project having a value of approximately £1.2 million. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of both sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of two residential construction sites Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site operatives Ensuring works are completed to programme and within agreed timescales Maintaining high standards of health and safety across both sites Managing site logistics, materials and deliveries Liaising with the project team, subcontractors and other key stakeholders Monitoring workmanship and ensuring all works meet the required quality standards Reading and working from drawings, ..... full job details .....
