With a growing pipeline of work in the region, they are looking to bring an experienced Freelance Site Manager on board for two live projects. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee two residential projects across North Kent. This is a dual-site position , with the two projects located on opposite sides of North Kent, so a willingness to travel between sites is essential . Both projects are a combination of refurbishment and new-build works, with each project having a value of approximately £1.2 million. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of both sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
