      <description>Location: Preston | Salary: &amp;pound;300 - &amp;pound;320/day | Type: Contract | I am supporting a diverse, regional contractor with their search for an experienced Site Manager. They have secured a technically challenging new build hospitality space in Preston and need some capable of leading.     The job itself is a hybrid build utilising both steel &amp; timber frame and has complexities in the ground. This role would potentially suit an engineer who has moved into Site Management or a confident all rounder who has taken new builds from commencement to completion.    Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:    	 We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who has taken new build projects from commencement to completion 	 You’ll need to be based locally and able to commute to Preston on a daily basis 	 You’ll be working on an interesting build that will keep you engaged from start to finish 	 Attractive rates to £320.00 will be on offer for the right individual 	 This role will commence in early/mid-August, this is a long-term post with real likelihood of further works      If this sounds of interest and you’d like to be considered please forward a copy of your CV.&lt;/p</description>
