Job Title: Site ManagerLocation: Hull, UK Pay Rate: 20 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Temporary Sector: Residential Construction - House Building and GroundworksJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential construction site in Hull, specialising in house building and groundworks. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a solid background in residential construction and managing on-site teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.Ensure groundworks and house building operations are completed on time and within budget.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and report to senior management.Maintain accurate site records including site diaries, material deliveries, and inspections.Liaise with architects, engineers, and local authorities as required.Requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction (particularly groundworks and house building).SMSTS or SSSTS certification.CSCS card (Black or Gold preferred).First Aid at Work certification (preferred).Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.Full UK driving licence.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of 20 per hourOpportunity for ..... full job details .....
