Site Manager

Site Manager - 2-roles one covering Egham/Chertsey/Addlestone; one covering in Guildford region

Main workstream will be full roof covering replacements, however, workstream will vary depending on contract

Responsible for delivering up to -3m/annum

Must-be capable of working in fast-paced environment

Will have a number of-live sites running at a time.
Local Council and Housing Association residential properties.

Responsible for arranging scaffolding, asbestos removals, liaising with clients, weekly/monthly reports to contracts manager, programming works.

Must be IT literate-(Using Word, Excel, Projects, Outlook, SafetyCulture)

The role is a combination of office and Site based

Experience working for public sector clients and with tenants/tenanted dwellings preferred

Up to -55k (DOE) + package including van and fuel card

SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS
