The initial requirement is for approximately 3 weeks. However, for the right Site Manager who performs well during this assignment, our client would be happy to consider moving them directly onto a separate 26-week hotel project after this one finishes.  This provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced freelance Site Manager to initially complete the three-week package, with the potential for approximately six months' additional work with the same contractor. The Role Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the works on site over the initial three-week period. During the first week, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the demolition and internal rip-out works, ensuring these are carried out safely and in accordance with the programme.
