The development provides accommodation for over-60s across two blocks. The West Block is approaching the finishing stages, while the main focus of the role will be the East Block, which is virtually watertight and about to move into the internal fit-out phase . Reporting to the Project Manager and working alongside an existing Assistant Site Manager, you will operate as the No.2 on the project, taking full responsibility for managing the East Block through fit-out to completion , while maintaining an overview of progress across the West Block. A key part of the role will be driving the East Block forward and helping recover programme, with the overall scheme currently targeting completion in February .
