With an established reputation for designing and delivering contemporary parking facilities across the UK, our client is seeking an ambitious Site Manager to join their team on a project in Cheltenham. About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their construction management career, with a clear pathway towards future Project Manager positions. Responsibilities Site Operations Management Manage daily construction activities and site operations. Produce daily work plans and coordinate site attendance requirements. Order plant, materials, and equipment as required. Arrange transport deliveries and manage site logistics and access arrangements. Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. Subcontractor Management and Quality Control Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site activities. Monitor and report on site progress. Identify and record non-conformances and project risks. Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Carry out inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. Record and report quality issues where necessary. Health and Safety Management Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are implemented and followed. Review, update, and maintain RAMS documentation. ..... full job details .....
