Site Manager

Our Client are currently looking for a Construction Site Manager for a commercial refurbishment and new build project in Banbury. This a freelance role with a small local contractor and will run for at least 12 months.Key responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to programmeManage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on siteEnforce health and safety standards and site complianceMonitor build progress and report into senior managementCarry out quality control inspections and snaggingMaintain site records, RAMS, and permitsLiaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersRequirements:Proven track record as a Site ManagerSMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid (essential)Strong leadership and organisational skillsExcellent knowledge of construction processes and HandS regulationsAbility to drive programme and manage multiple trades For more information and a confidential chat please call Kris on (phone number removed).
