This permanent role is suited to an experienced MandE Site Manager or Substation Site Manager with a strong background in 400kV+ environments and Principal Contractor responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Discharge Principal Contractor responsibilities in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.Develop, implement and manage the Construction Phase Plan and associated site management arrangements.Coordinate multidisciplinary construction activities, including civil, mechanical and electrical works.Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient and timely project delivery.Coordinate contractors, suppliers, direct labour and stakeholders working on site.Ensure RAMS, permits and work packs are reviewed, approved and implemented before work begins.Monitor progress, resources, plant and materials, taking corrective action where required.Lead site meetings, toolbox talks, inspections, audits and daily briefings while promoting a positive safety culture.Job Requirements:Significant experience in a Site Mana...
