The company specialises in refurbishing high street retail stores , with the work taking place overnight while stores are closed. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, Health & Safety and managing the small team, but the role is very much hands-on . When you''re not managing the site, you''ll be expected to get your tools out and carry out painting and decorating works yourself . You''ll have a Joiner and Labourer working alongside you. Your Role Take responsibility for the site during the night shift Manage Health & Safety and ensure site procedures are followed Coordinate the Joiner and Labourer Complete site checks, inductions and relevant paperwork Keep the team on programme and ensure the work is completed each night Liaise with the Project Manager where required Carry out painting and decorating works Help with general refurbishment ...
