Site Manager - Oxford - Refurbishment - 12 weeks

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a -1.2 million retail fit out project in Oxford. The contract length is circa 12 weeks.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc.

The scope of works includes:

• HVAC installation and commissioning
• Electrical installations
• Data and structured cabling
• Fire alarm and fire protection systems
• Shopfitting and retail fit-out works
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Health & Safety management
• Quality control and programme management
• Daily site supervision and reporting

We are seeking a Site Manager with previous experience in retail fit-out and shopfitting projects, ideally with experience coordinating MEP services and fast-track retail programmes.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive hourly rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate on the 29th June.
