Site Manager - Oxford - Refurbishment - 12 weeks

I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a 1.2 million retail fit out project in Oxford. The contract length is circa 12 weeks.The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence HandS on site, Q/A etc.The scope of works includes:HVAC installation and commissioningElectrical installationsData and structured cablingFire alarm and fire protection systemsShopfitting and retail fit-out worksCoordination of subcontractors and suppliersHealth and Safety managementQuality control and programme managementDaily site supervision and reportingWe are seeking a Site Manager with previous experience in retail fit-out and shopfitting projects, ideally with experience coordinating MEP services and fast-track retail programmes.Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified.My client are looking to pay a competitive hourly rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate on the 29th June.
