Site Manager - Oxford

Oxford | -320 per day | Outside IR35
Initial 8-Month Contract | On-Site | Immediate Requirement

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospital construction project in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile healthcare scheme, managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage daily site activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Monitor programme progress and maintain project timelines.
• Produce site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

• Minimum 5 years'' construction site management experience.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
• Strong IT and reporting skills.
• Proven leadership and organisational abilities.
• Hospital or healthcare project experience is desirable.

• Location: Oxford
• Duration: Initial 8 months (with potential extension)
• Rate: -320 per day
• IR35: Outside IR35
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, site-based
