This is a working role. You''ll run the site and also be on the tools, so a strong joinery background is essential. The role Running a live retail store fit-out from start to handover over a 2-week programme. Managing and coordinating subcontractors and trades on site. Carrying out joinery works yourself: fixtures, counters, partitions, finishes and snagging. Keeping site safe, tidy and compliant: RAMS, permits, site induction and daily briefings. Reporting progress daily to the project manager, including photos and updates. Completing snagging and handover to programme.
