Site Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a hospital construction project in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Health and Safety, expertise in producing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and preferably experience in NHS or hospital build works.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project milestones are met

Implement and monitor Health and Safety protocols

Produce and manage RAMS documentation

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

Ensure compliance with NHS/hospital build standards (if applicable)

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction

In-depth knowledge of Health and Safety regulations

Proficiency in creating and managing RAMS

Experience in NHS or hospital construction projects (preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS)
