Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the site. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule. Ensure high standards of quality throughout the project. Maintain a safe working environment and enforce all health and safety procedures. Liaise with the client, suppliers, and project team as required. Keep accurate site records and provide regular progress updates. Ensure the project is delivered on time and within programme. Requirements SMSTS qualification (essential). First Aid at Work certificate (essential). Valid CSCS card (essential). Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects.
