Site Manager

Enjoy a competitive 250 per day rate with the opportunity to move into a permanent position paying 50,000 per annum as a Retrofit Site Manager, based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering a social housing retrofit programme. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors and trades, and ensuring retrofit works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. As the Retrofit Site Manager, you will be responsible for:Managing the day-to-day delivery of retrofit works across occupied and void social housing propertiesSupervising subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to programmeCoordinating multiple trades including insulation, windows, roofing, heating, ventilation and other energy-efficiency measuresEnsuring all works comply with current health and safety legislation, building regulations and relevant retrofit standardsMonitoring workmanship and carrying out regular site inspections and quality checksManaging site documentation, RAMS, permits, toolbox talks and daily recordsIdentifying and resolving site issues, defects and quality concernsWorking closely with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery Retrofit Site Manager qualifications / experience:SMSTS or SSSTSPrevious experience as a Site Manager, ideally within social housing, refurbishment or retrofitGood ..... full job details .....
