You will join an established property services team delivering retrofit and capital works projects within social housing. The role involves operational site management across a range of retrofit and refurbishment projects, leading directly employed and subcontracted construction and trade teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
