Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering planned refurbishment works across Sheffield and the surrounding Yorkshire region.This is a temporary opportunity overseeing roofing replacement and window installation projects within occupied social housing properties.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple refurbishment sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day site operations across planned refurbishment projectsOversee roofing replacement and window installation programmes across Sheffield and the surrounding areaLead and supervise direct labour and subcontractors on siteEnsure works are delivered safely, efficiently and within programmeMaintain high standards of quality, site presentation and customer satisfactionEnsure full compliance with Health and Safety policies and proceduresCarry out site inductions for all operatives, subcontractors and visitorsMaintain accurate site records, including Health and Safety documentationMonitor environmental and waste management complianceOrganise and chair regular site meetingsPlan labour, materials and resources to ensure efficient project deliveryReport progress, programme updates and site issues to the Project ManagerSupport, motivate and manage site teams to achieve project objectivesEnsure all works comply with ..... full job details .....
