This is a hands-on management role requiring strong coordination, health & safety leadership, and the ability to manage multiple trades working in a fast-paced environment during night operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the programme, quality standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities 10pm - 5am - 5 days per week Managing and supervising site activities during night shifts. Coordinating and overseeing: Groundworkers Electricians Soft demolition contractors Material suppliers and deliveries Reviewing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) .
