TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance site manager for a retail fit out project in Northampton. This is retail refurbishment project on a major high street brand in Northampton, running for 12 weeks on nights, 8 hour shifts.

The Role

• Manage on site health and safety
• Site inductions
• Monitor quality 
• Manage sub-contractors
• Manage and follow programme
• Must have good communication

  The Person

• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Strong communication skills
• Assertive with quality and health and safety
• Organised and professional

Remuneration

• £300 a shift
