Site Manager (Night Shifts)

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading fit-out contractor on a 1 million commercial fit-out project in Central London. This Site Manager role offers a 12-week freelance contract, working exclusively on night shifts and taking responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of the project within a live city environment.About the Role of Site ManagerAs Site Manager, you will oversee the delivery of a 1m commercial fit-out scheme during night operations in Central London. Working closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors, you will ensure works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong communication with the day team.This position is ideal for someone with proven commercial fit-out experience who is comfortable managing projects during out-of-hours working and coordinating multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities for Site ManagerManaging all night shift operations across the commercial fit-out project Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed in line with programme requirements Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout the shift Conducting site inspections and quality checks on completed works Managing site logistics, deliveries, and access requirements during night operations Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications Producing shift reports and handover information for ..... full job details .....
