Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of bespoke residential builds across Bath, Wiltshire, and the Cotswolds. You''ll be leading the delivery of complex and beautifully detailed renovations, conversions, and new builds, managing every stage of the project on-site, from groundwork to final handover. About Build Twenty Two We''re a high-end construction company known for creating beautiful, well-built spaces with care and precision. Refurbishments, barn conversions and one of bespoke new builds. Our team is passionate about quality, and we''re proud of the strong relationships we build with our clients. The role is full-time and site-based, typically within one hour of Bath, with a salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience. A company van is provided and there are no overnight stays required. Each project lasts 8-12 months, offering both variety and continuity. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of a single site from initial set-up to project completion.
