About this Role: Experienced Site Manager required by this established regional main contractor to join their delivery team across Basingstoke and Newbury . You will initially join a -5m industrial scheme in Basingstoke , helping take the project through its final stages to completion in March 2027 . Following this, you will move onto a -12m business park development in Newbury , comprising three separate buildings including an MOT centre, auction house and medical manufacturing/testing facility. Groundworks and piling are underway, with the successful Site Manager involved through the remaining construction works and full internal fit-out . Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will have either a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager working beneath you and will take meaningful responsibility across the project rather than managing one individual package. Responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, short-term programming and coordination of works, health and safety, quality control, monitoring progress against programme, client and consultant liaison, snagging and handover. .
