Market leading, family owned and run Main Contractor currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to hit the ground running and assume responsibility for a new build circa £10M Care Home project (JCT) that is in the Melksham area.Responsibilities

Lead on site management for the new build Care Home project (JCT) in Melksham, circa £10M.Utilise consistent experience in design and build (DandB) projects; experience of care homes is preferred, with related sectors (new build schools, student accommodation, housing and retirement) also considered.Maintain strong client facing communications and relationships.Qualifications

Proven experience in DandB projects, ideally including care homes.Experience in related sectors (new build schools, student accommodation, housing and retirement) is acceptable.Strong client facing skills; able to represent the contractor professionally on site and with clients.Benefits
