Site Manager – Royal Tunbridge Wells

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our growing team on a busy project in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.

• Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship throughout all stages of the project.

• Maintain high standards of Health and Safety across the site.

• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure all safety documentation is up to date.

• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients as required.

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)

• SMSTS qualification (essential)

• First Aid (essential)

• Fire Safety (essential)

• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and compliance.

• Proven experience in a Site Managment role within construction or a similar environment.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
