This is a site-based role responsible for the day-to-day management of works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard. The successful candidate will be confident managing operatives and subcontractors, coordinating works across multiple properties or workstreams, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, clients and internal teams. Previous experience within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or void works is highly preferred, although candidates from similar construction or property maintenance backgrounds will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of planned maintenance and void works across allocated sites. Coordinate directly employed operatives, subcontractors and suppliers.
