Site Manager – Central London

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a busy commercial fit-out project in Central London.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing commercial fit-out projects, with excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of Health & Safety and site procedures.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
• Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety throughout the project.
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, materials and labour.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and regular safety checks.
• Liaise with Project Managers, subcontractors and the client as required.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the programme and project requirements.

• Valid CSCS Card – essential
• SMSTS – essential
• Temporary Works – essential
• Fire Warden – essential
• Asbestos Awareness – essential
• Proven experience working as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage trades, subcontractors and site activities effectively
