Site Manager Opportunity - Leading MandE Contractor - Glasgow Area We are working with a leading MandE contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of projects across Glasgow and the surrounding areas. The company are well respected within the commercial fit-out and data centre sectors and have recently secured a significant pipeline of new work across Scotland. Due to this continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their regional delivery team with an experienced Supervisor. You will be working across projects ranging from approximately £100k to £5m, overseeing site delivery across mechanical, electrical, fit-out and associated civil packages. The Role Supervise day-to-day site activities across MandE and associated construction packages. Oversee mechanical, electrical, fit-out and minor civil works. Manage and coordinate trades teams, subcontractors and specialist contractors. Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with programme. Monitor quality of installations against drawings and specifications. Coordinate closely with Project Managers and other members of the delivery team. Carry out site inspections and identify potential quality or programme issues. Ensure subcontractors are working in line with company health and safety procedures.
