Site Manager Site-Based Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Location: Central London and Jersey (3 days/week in Jersey) Rate: £300 - £350/day Start: ASAP We re hiring an experienced Site based Project Manager to lead a £5m commercial fit-out and structural refurbishment. The role involves regular travel to Jersey (flights and accommodation fully covered) and working on a design-led scheme in a live environment. The Project A high-spec commercial refurbishment with some structural alterations, premium finishes, and a live-site delivery requiring precision, programme control, and stakeholder coordination. Your Role Lead daily site operations and drive programme delivery Manage trades and logistics on a constrained site Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Deliver high-end finishes with meticulous attention to detail Supported by a London-based PM for commercial/design input What You ll Bring Proven experience in Cat A/B fit-out or structural refurb (£5m+) Background with main contractors or DandB specialists Strong technical understanding and drawing interpretation Confident leadership and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to maintain momentum across complex environments All relevant tickets and qualifications in date What s on Offer Flights and accommodation for Jersey travel High-profile project with a collaborative team Competitive day rate (£300 £350) 10 - 14 week programme with potential ..... full job details .....
