Site Manager (Metal Recycling)

As Site Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the site’s daily operations—from managing staff and equipment to coordinating material movements and maintaining compliance. You’ll play a key role in driving performance and delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers.What we’re looking for

Proven experience in site or operations management, ideally in metal recycling or heavy industryStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsCommercial awareness and budget management experienceKnowledge of HSEQ regulations and safe systems of workAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritiesCompetence in operational systems and reporting toolsWhat’s on Offer
