About the Role: We''re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Planned works Site Manager to lead the delivery of our planned works programme within the social housing sector. You''ll be responsible for managing planned works across housing properties, ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a consistently high standard. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor progress, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure full compliance with health and safety requirements and building regulations.
