You will be responsible for managing planned improvement works across occupied and void properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.As Site Manager, you will oversee all site operations, manage direct labour and subcontractors, monitor programme performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, building regulations, and company procedures.
