Site Manager

Our client is seeking a Site Manager to support major civil engineering and wastewater projects across North Wales. The role will involve overseeing site operations at Llanrwst Wastewater Treatment Works and other wastewater sites in the region, contributing to the successful delivery of a multi-million-pound programme.Key Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day site operations across wastewater and civil engineering projectsCoordinating subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and specialist contractorsMonitoring construction activities to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standardsMaintaining effective communication with project managers, engineers, clients and other stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with health and safety, environmental and quality requirementsReviewing progress, identifying potential issues and supporting the delivery of project milestonesMaintaining accurate site records, reports and relevant project documentationJob Requirements:Experience working as a Site Manager within civil engineering, water or wastewater projectsStrong understanding of construction site management and project delivery processesKnowledge of health and safety standards within the construction and water sectorsAbility to coordinate multiple teams and manage site activities effectivelyStrong communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsCommitment to maintaining high standards of quality and environmental complianceRelevant site management or civil ..... full job details .....
