Site Manager Our client, a specialist organisation within the power utilities and renewables sector, is seeking a Site Manager for a permanent position supporting BESS, HV and substation construction projects. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily construction activities across BESS, HV and substation projectsCoordinate site personnel, engineers, subcontractors and supporting functionsMaintain compliance with CDM obligations, NRSWA requirements and current health and safety legislationMonitor project programmes, critical path activities, milestones, resources and deliverablesEnsure works comply with approved designs, quality procedures, consent conditions and regulatory requirementsManage project reporting, quality assurance, stakeholder communication and site documentationMonitor cost, scope and commercial obligations, escalating change events and contractual risks appropriatelyBuild effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, asset owners and project stakeholdersJob Requirements:Significant experience as a Site Manager within power utilities, renewables, HV or electrical infrastructureDemonstrable experience delivering BESS, substation or similar engineering construction projectsStrong understanding of ICP / DNO projects - Civils, Cable Laying, Jointing, Substation InstallationSMSTS and NRSWA ..... full job details .....
