Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Highways Site Manager to join a highways project in Northamptonshire on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations on highways schemes
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour, and plant
• Maintaining site records and reporting progress
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering highways projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
• Strong understanding of highways construction and traffic management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Rate: -400/day PAYE Umbrella
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Northamptonshire
