Working on behalf of the Principal Contractor you will be the Site Manager overseeing a large scale new build housing project. Previous housebuilding experience will be essential for this role. General duties will include but are not limited to: General site management to co-ordinate and oversee Health & Safety On site co-ordination of labour Ensuring company procedures are followed. This is a long term ongoing position.
