The project involves the removal of an existing solid brickwork fa-ade and replacement with a new brickwork fa-ade to match the existing . Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors. Oversee safe removal and replacement of the brickwork fa-ade. Manage scaffolding, temporary works, logistics and sequencing. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification. Maintain high standards of brickwork quality and QA. Review RAMS and manage site H&S requirements. Coordinate labour, materials and deliveries. Monitor programme and report progress. Manage snagging through to completion. Requirements: Proven Site Manager experience on recladding, fa-ade or brickwork projects . Strong knowledge of brickwork and external envelope works. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid . Good understanding of temporary works and scaffolding.
