Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to run a fast-track shop fit-out in Soho, managing the project on site through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management and coordination of all subcontractors and trades. Drive the programme and ensure key dates and final handover are achieved. Manage site logistics, deliveries and access within a constrained Central London location. Maintain high standards of health and safety, including inductions, RAMS and toolbox talks. Monitor quality and manage progressive snagging throughout the works. Coordinate MandE, joinery, finishes and specialist retail installations. Identify and resolve design, sequencing and site issues quickly. Maintain site records, progress reporting and photographs. Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client. Manage testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover. Requirements: Strong track record delivering fast-track retail / commercial fit-outs. Confident managing multiple trades against tight programmes. Good understanding of MandE coordination and high-quality finishes. Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of the site. Central London fit-out experience preferred. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid required. ..... full job details .....
