Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management and coordination of all subcontractors and trades. Drive the programme and ensure key dates and final handover are achieved. Manage site logistics, deliveries and access within a constrained Central London location. Maintain high standards of health & safety, including inductions, RAMS and toolbox talks. Monitor quality and manage progressive snagging throughout the works. Coordinate M&E, joinery, finishes and specialist retail installations. Identify and resolve design, sequencing and site issues quickly. Maintain site records, progress reporting and photographs. Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client. Manage testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover. Requirements: Strong track record delivering fast-track retail / commercial fit-outs .
