Site Manager - Cleanroom Fit-OutCentral London 380 per day Outside IR35 9-Month Contract Full-Time OnsiteWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a specialist cleanroom fit-out project within a live semiconductor manufacturing facility in Central London.This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile project in a highly regulated environment, where attention to detail, safety, and quality are paramount.The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, and maintain effective communication between the client, project team, and supply chain throughout the duration of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily site operations and programme delivery.Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.Monitor health and safety compliance and ensure industry best practices are maintained.Chair and attend site coordination meetings.Ensure works are completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.Identify and resolve site issues to minimise project disruption.Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and project leadership teams.RequirementsEssential:Proven experience managing construction fit-out and installation projects.Previous experience working on cleanroom, laboratory, or semiconductor ..... full job details .....
